I work with adults, young people, and parents facing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, family struggles, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred, drawing from integrative methods to tailor therapy to your unique needs.

In addition to counselling, I provide clinical supervision to qualified therapists, trainee counsellors, and therapeutic groups. My supervision style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in ethical practice, helping therapists grow in confidence, clarity, and professional integrity.
I am also the co-founder of Pause Retreats – Mental Health & Wellness Retreats, established in 2023. These retreats are dedicated to supporting women in prioritising their wellbeing, reconnecting with themselves, and finding rest and renewal in a nurturing environment.
